Museum of Vietnamese Women: Honoring Vietnamese culture.

(TITC) – For the sustainable development of culture and tourism connection, and high quality of tourism products creation, the Museum of Vietnamese Women has launched a program of traditional artistic performance called “Vietnamese Timbres” for both domestic and international tourists with the support of the Vietnamese National Administration of Tourism.

It is a free performance on every Monday at 15.00pm from December of 2012 to February, 2013, including many genres such as Xam singing, Chau Van, Hau Dong, and ethnic minority music.

With the aim of promoting and contributing to the conservation of traditional cultural values​​, the program of "Vietnam Timbres" is expected to attract lots of attention from Vietnamese and international audiences.

After 3 months of testing performance to gather feedback opinions from visitors, this program will be continue to performed with official ticketing.

Founded in 1987, Museum of Vietnamese Women has officially opened to visitors in 1995 after nearly 10 years of collecting objects at 36 Ly Thuong Kiet Street, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi.
